Our rebel Divico (yeah, the one that doesn't fear anything, not even downy mildew) ditched the usual suitors for a secret rendezvous with Ticino's bon vivant Merlot.

Locked together in a terracotta amphora like an ancient Roman luxury spa, they did what they do best: wild fermentation with no rules or control. The result? A rosé that doesn't know its place - too elegant to drink in pajamas, too cheeky for formal dinners.
